One Shoppy is a professionally managed retail and distribution organization established in 2016, with deep roots in direct-to-consumer marketing and a proven ability to evolve with changing market dynamics. 

Our Journey 

One Shoppy began its operations as a telemarketing-driven enterprise, executing large-scale advertising campaigns across prominent satellite television channels including Jaihind TV, Janam TV, Kairali/Koumudi TV,Kerala Vision etc. This early phase enabled us to build strong expertise in customer acquisition, call-center operations, and end-to-end order fulfillment at scale. 

Recognizing the shift in consumer behavior, we strategically transitioned into online commerce, expanding our presence across: 

  • Digital shopping platforms 
  • Social media–led commerce 
  • Performance-driven online marketing channels 

Product Portfolio Evolution 

Our business model is intentionally season-led and trend-driven. Over the years, we have successfully operated across multiple categories, including: 

  • Ayurvedic and wellness products 
  • Household and utility-based seasonal products 
  • Apparel and lifestyle products 

Rather than maintaining a static catalog, One Shoppy adopts a focused seasonal execution model, introducing products aligned with market demand, consumer behavior, and supply efficiency. 

Operations & Scale 

From a founding team of five professionals, One Shoppy has grown into a well-organized organization of approximately 50 employees, supported by structured workflows, trained teams, and centralized management systems. We currently offer delivery services across all districts of Kerala, ensuring consistency, speed, and service reliability.

One Shoppy was not built overnight—it was built through belief, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to progress

I began my professional journey in my early twenties in Chennai, working in the marketing field,in a corporate company where I learned a fundamental truth: markets reward those who listen, adapt, and act with integrity. Those early experiences shaped my understanding of consumer psychology, demand cycles, and the importance of timing—lessons that continue to guide our decisions today. 

The path of entrepreneurship is defined by ups and downs, and One Shoppy has experienced both. From navigating shifting market conditions to overcoming large-scale disruptions, every challenge became an opportunity to learn, refine, and evolve. Instead of fearing change, we chose to study it—transforming insights into strategy and adversity into strength. 

Our journey from traditional telemarketing to digital-first commerce reflects this mindset. We have continuously reinvented our approach while staying rooted in our core values: focus, discipline, and trust. By adopting a season-led, single-product strategy, we ensure clarity in execution and excellence in delivery.
